Dan's Performance Parts, Inc. uses United Parcel Service Ground (UPS) for the majority of it's shipping. Canadian orders are also shipped through UPS at an additional charge. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. If your billing address is to a Post Office box your order will be shipped through the US Postal Service. Some items shipped through the US Postal Service may require additional shipping and handling charges. We will contact you regarding the additional shipping and handling charges prior to sending through the US Postal Service for orders within the 48 contiguous states. We can accommodate most overseas and out of country shipping, however the entire order must be paid by Western Union money transfer. All items that are on the on-line store that have an asterisk are subject to special trucking fees.  Shipping and handling charges listed on the on-line store are for shipping within the 48 contiguous states only. Orders that are shipped outside of the USA including but not limited to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands are also subject to additional shipping and handling charges.  Your credit card will be billed for the additional shipping and handling costs. Most orders received before 10:00AM Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday through Thursday will be shipped with-in 24-72 hours (on in-stock items only) we do not offer COD.  Note:  ALL credit card orders MUST be shipped to the owner's credit card billing address so that we can protect our customers.

Orders placed on-line with the selected incorrect shipping and handling charge will be billed for the difference between the incorrect amount and the correct amount.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: 

Packages that are damaged or appear to have been opened before the time of delivery, must be reported to the package carrier promptly

Dan's Performance Parts, Inc. considers all merchandise delivered to the consumer as soon as it is placed in the hands of the carrier.  All claims of damage or loss must be made to the carrier by the purchaser.
